Needless to say, for a Jew living outside of Israel, buying a property in Israel is often one of the most important actions a person can make. At the same time, it can be one of the most harrowing decisions, what with the unknown of making such an investment so “far away from home”.
Almost 6 years after having first engaged with you and Julian, you have proven beyond any question of doubt, that you are a team of incredibly capable and trustworthy professionals.
My experience (both professional and what has become personal) has been nothing short of incredible. From the choice of property, to the diligent manner in how you have worked opposite me, whether from far or from close (on the numerous occasions, when we met in Israel or in South Africa). The personalized attention, shleping me from place to place in Israel to make decisions around fittings and finishes, and as importantly through the process of placing a long- term tenant according to plan.
