  6. Collect, deposit, and disburse tenant deposits, if required, in accordance with the terms of each lease
  7. Arrange cleaning before new tenant takes occupancy
  8. Attend to tenants needs during rental period
  9. Insure transfer of utilities to the tenant and back to the owner at the beginning and end of lease period.
  1. Visit the property twice a month, necessary for insurance purposes

  5. Check inventory of the apartment
  6. Collect, deposit, and disburse tenant deposits, if required, in accordance with the terms of each lease
  7. Attend to malfunctioning items in the apartment during rental period between hours of 09.00 – 18.00
  8. Arrange cleaning before/after tenants move in or out during business hours
  9. The agent will submit an expense report every 3 months

    • Laundering of sheets and towels.
    • Making rooms.
    • Attending to your shopping list as per your request
    • Arrange for cleaning of the apartment and windows
    • Cleaning, laundry and goods purchased are charged separately
  11. Keyholder – As key-holders we are available for any emergencies, should they arise
